CEO Advisor Role
We provide a very valuable and highly leveraged service to the CEO. With
the CEO's full support, we conduct a CEO 360 degree feedback (board, staff,
customers, key historical contacts), work on a fast track CEO development
plan based on feedback and role requirements over the coming year, identify
and support approach management methodologies, and provide monthly coaching.

Working individually with executives to develop leadership skills. Ongoing
consultation and feedback will ensure growth in identified development

Building team capabilities to meet the pace of rapid growth or change
and transition. We provide team assessments and team-building programs
to address issues such as managing style differences, integrating executives
with new team members, cross-functional planning, and agreeing on rules

Management Training
Developing core management skills within teams. Our four basic training
programs in leadership, coaching, sales and negotiation, and performance
management are tailored to meet the specific needs of an emerging and/or
changing management team.
Leadership Transition
Working with the Board and top management to determine the method for
bringing in new leadership. Includes working with founders and new leaders
to create a smooth transition and to build a cohesive management team.
Board Relationship
Assisting the Board and executive team in working together. Facilitated
discussions may focus on issues such as Board and management roles, Board
information requirements, leadership transition processes, and management
style differences.
Organizational Audits
Assisting the leadership in taking the company pulse. We conduct organizational
audits and provide an actionable feedback report and implementation plan
that can include the organization structure, culture analysis and possible
redefinition, and communications.
Strategic Planning and Team Building Facilitation
Providing guidance in team offsites and facilitating the discussions.
Our services will include vision definition, strategy facilitation, driving
organizational alignment, building team cohesion, and operational roadmap
definition and implementation process.
Change Management
Working with company leaders to develop effective skills to manage change.
Effective change management demands strategic planning, careful implementation
mapping, and tough-minded status monitoring.
Human Resources Basics
Providing a package of startup HR services. The package includes a part-time
HR professional to develop necessary services such as recruitment, employee
relations, compensation/benefits, and key policies and procedures.
Consulting fees are based on the range of services a company would want
to consider and are offered at a project rate. We would be delighted to
